You must consider giving us any particular shipping details concerning your registered address. If your shipping address is in an apartment building, high-rise house, unit block or apartment, or you have limited access, please inform us so that additional arrangements can be made if needed.

 

DELIVERY TO OTHER CITIES:

If your shipment includes various products, specific goods can be shipped on various days to allow distribution, due to the scarcity of freight carriers on a particular day.

We also offer free delivery on some items. On our platform, you can buy now and pay later. We cover all Australian cities Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Darwin, New South Wales, Geelong, And other cities. Your delivery time would depend on your shipping address.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Your delivery time would depend on your shipping address. To guarantee that your products are shipped to your registered address in a secure manner, it is best to have someone there who can check for the products. Your contact information and telephone numbers are sent to our firms and they are required to email you in advance to inform you of the expected date and estimated delivery schedule. We would try our best to keep you updated in advance, yet sadly we can not be held liable if they do not deliver such communication.

 

DELIVERY RECEIPT:

When your products are delivered. Kindly check your products very carefully. Unpack and test the products for any defects or losses, before signing as having received the goods in good order. If you have any questions before signing it, you will make the appropriate comments on the delivery cart report and ask the driver to initial your remarks. Also, take a photo of the fault or injury shortly upon distribution if appropriate.

 

CONTACT US:

You should inform The Store Zone of any defective or missing products within 48 hours of delivery of the product via contact us page. Once we have obtained your information regarding any defective or faulty goods, we will contact our Vendor personally and immediately to fix the issue. RETURNS POLICY:

 

IF AN ITEM IS MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM IS SHIPPED:

When you have received your parcel and on payment of your package, please verify that the package insides suit the contents as stated in the order confirmation email. If you find any object missing from your package, or an incorrect item is shipped then please email us within 48 hours to resolve the issue. We would look into your problem immediately and we would try our best to assist you properly. In case any incorrect item is shipped, then we offer a refund only if you complain within 48 hours. The returned products must be unused as in fresh condition and should be with all returned original packaging and accessories.

 

DAMAGE OR BROKEN:

When your parcel is delivered on your doorsteps, then unpack the products and make sure to check everything properly. If any item is defective or broken then immediately contact us through email within 48 hours with photogenic evidence and information like description of the item and description of the damage or fault. We would refund your item. But in case of personalized or other customized products, no return for refund or exchange of products would be entertained. If you want a change of color on an item then contact us and we would try our best to assist you in the best way possible. Please note when the package came, if the packaging was broken. All packaging should be retained so that the item can be collected in the original packaging. If after you bought the item you have changed your mind and agree that you do not need it, then no refund policy would be entertained.

 

WARRANTY:

Warranty Terms as laid out on our page are focused on the manufacturer warranty dates, terms and conditions of the suppliers. Conditions vary by product and by manufacturer. All warranty complaints should be rendered via the Store Zone website unless otherwise stated on the product's warranty. We don’t offer a warranty on products by ourselves it depends on the vendors.
